 FUNDAMENTAL OR HUMAN RIGHTS :

part III of the constitution, covering from Articles 12 to 35, embodies the Fundamental rights of the indian citizens. The constitution affirms the basic principle that every individual is entitled to enjoy certain rights as a human being and the enjoyment of such rights does not depend on the will of any  majority or minority.king john of England gave charter of rights to its citizens on the year 1215.This was first written document related to fundamental rights of citizens & is called Magna carta. so, constitution partIII is also called as magna carta of india.
FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS right to equality, right to freedom , right against exploitation, right to freedom of religion, cultutal and educational rights, right to constitutional remedies.ARTICLE 12 Part III STATE has been defined as all agencies involves in making and implenting laws .STATE represents  CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, PARLIAMENT, STATE GOVERNMENT, STATE LEGISLATURES, LOCAL AUTHORITIES OTHER STTATUARY & NON-STATUTORY AUTHORITIES. ARTICLE 13  declares that all laws that are inconsistent with or in derogation of any of the fundamental rights shall be void.constitutional amendment are alowed to make changes to the fundamenal rights which does not form part of basic features of our constitution.
